FAQ

How much does this cost?
Pricing varies based on whether you commit to training for 3, 6, or 12 months and if you pay monthly or up front. Fill out the contact form for more information.
What is the daily time commitment?
Every player plan is unique. However, most of our athletes are able to complete a typical training day in about 2 hours.
Can I train with RPP in season?
Absolutely. In our experience, we’ve found that having a tailored plan benefits athletes as much if not more during the season. There are a ton of variables in-season that are absent from offseason training. We optimize your plan to help you recover faster between outings and maintain strength and velocity over the course of the season.
Will I need to buy training equipment?
That depends. If you have access to a gym, a mound, bands, and weighted balls/plyos, then the answer is likely no. It may become apparent during the course of training that you would greatly benefit from having an additional tool at your disposal. In this case, I’ll make the recommendation, but we can work around any constraints to your specific situation.
How long will it take to see results?
Everyone is different. Some guys make large velocity jumps in the first couple weeks from cleaning up mechanical flaws. Other athletes require a longer period of time to see results. As a general rule, the closer you get to maxing out your potential the harder you have to work for each incremental improvement. While I don’t make promises with regards to results, every athlete I have ever trained has gained both strength and velocity.
