Welcome to Pitching Performance LLC (referred to herein as "Reindl Pitching Performance," "RPP," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.reindlpitchingperformance.com (the "Site") and the services provided through the Site (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site and/or purchasing any services from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Site or Services.

2. Services Provided

Pitching Performance LLC provides coaching and training services ("Services"). These Services are offered to individuals looking to improve their pitching abilities, and are delivered through virtual coaching, in-person sessions, training programs, and other performance-based services as described on the Site. We do not sell physical goods. All transactions made through the Site are for services only.

3. Finality of Sales

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Once a payment is made for any of our Services, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. By purchasing Services, you acknowledge and agree that you are committing to the service package or program you have selected, and there will be no refunds for cancellations, changes, or dissatisfaction.

No Refunds or Exchanges
Because our services are provided in a manner that involves personalized coaching and training sessions, all payments are final. You agree that no refunds, exchanges, or credit will be given, even if you do not complete the service or do not attend a scheduled session.

4. Payment Terms

All payments for Services are due at the time of booking, and must be made through the payment methods available on the Site. We accept payment via credit card, Paypal, ACH transfer, and check. By providing payment information, you authorize Pitching Performance LLC to charge the specified amount for the Services you purchase.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Once your purchase is confirmed, you will be able to schedule your sessions as outlined in the specific service offering. If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but rescheduling is subject to availability. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in the session being forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information when using the Site or purchasing Services.
Use the Services in a manner that complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
Refrain from disrupting the functionality of the Site or engaging in any activity that could harm or disrupt the Site or its users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pitching Performance LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of our Services.
